Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. This role involves integrating ITOM with ITAM for streamlined operations and improved service visibility.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the optimization of IT infrastructure and asset management processes. Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions to support IT operations management, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
• Manage the configuration and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ensuring accurate data for both ITOM and ITAM.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy ITOM services that meet business needs, while ensuring alignment with ITAM processes. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
