ServiceNow Developer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Frisco, TX (Candidates in and around the DFW area are encouraged to apply) Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and possess strong expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and other platform tools.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow workflows and processes with a focus on ITSM modules.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with scripting APIs and development tools within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) are a plus.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Asset, HR, SecOps) is advantageous.

Location Preference: This role is based in Frisco, TX, and we strongly encourage applications from candidates located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area for easier onsite collaboration when required.
