Technical Specialist in ServiceNow Solutions

About the Position: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our customers' environment operations remotely.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business rules and technical solutions
• Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and software development life cycle
• Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
• Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability
• Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow development
• 3-5 years' experience with ServiceNow development, including HRSD Module experience
• Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design/configuration, and reporting

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
