ITIL ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ITIL ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, process mapping, security profiles, and onboarding. They will be responsible for implementing new processes and workflows in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new processes and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Manage the creation and implementation of ServiceNow processes specifically for ITIL.
• Experience managing the transition of infrastructure support from one vendor to another.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of process mapping experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow security profiles, setup, and approval process.
• 3+ years of experience with vendor management.
• 3+ years of experience with IT Infrastructure Services Outsourcing.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Candidates must reside in South Florida.
• Onsite 3 days a week. Tues, Wed, and Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Minimum travel <10%.

Bonus Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure Projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Waterfall projects.
• Experience using Clarity PPM tool is preferred.
• Agile experience is preferred.
• MBA is preferred.
• Previous cruise line industry experience is preferred.
• Experience working with shipboard deployments is preferred.
• Broad knowledge in various technologies such as Windows, Unix, Cloud migrations, Virtualization, Databases, Storage, Networking devices.
