FIDES is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect. The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for collaborating with the client while adhering to industry standards for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You will work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions using ServiceNow best practices. The Architect will be responsible for designing the enterprise roadmap and working with the development team to implement effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, the role includes, but is not limited to: Understanding business objectives and identifying implications to IT related to application architecture and infrastructure. Developing reference architecture and garnering stakeholder buy-in for the roadmap and timeline. Identifying bottlenecks and developing optimizations and customizations based on needs. Working with other IT team members to promote the best adoption and use of the ServiceNow platform. Coordinating with client stakeholders and the technical implementation team. Supporting implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Requirements Certified (CSA) ServiceNow System Administrator 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience Experience with ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery within ServiceNow Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business and technology model Understanding and experience in configuration management principles Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks Excellent communication skills, both verbal with all levels of customer IT and business management, and written for technical assessments and reports Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with short deadlines Strong organization and process improvement skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
