Our client, an IT Consulting firm focused on Digital Transformation services, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team in North Carolina on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities As the ServiceNow Architect, you will drive the technical architecture and design for the company’s ServiceNow implementation. You will manage platform administration, including user and group setup, table and data management, and general system administration. Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations, including custom solutions and data mapping. Provide expertise and technical leadership in key areas such as ITSM, ITOM, Reporting and Performance Analytics, and Enterprise Catalog (EC) and Service Catalog. Offer expertise in data management, including table design, data flow optimization, data modeling, and reporting. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, covering solution architecture, data models, and system design. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Skillset At least seven years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and operations (CSA Certification preferred). Minimum of three years in a ServiceNow Technical Architect role. Demonstrated history of progressive technical expertise and increased responsibilities. Proven experience in ITSM development. Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform beyond ITSM. In-depth knowledge of the features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Strong proficiency in data management, including table design, data flow optimization, and data modeling. Expertise in creating and deploying integrations and custom solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
