Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/remote role for a Senior Account Executive (Public Sector) based in Cardiff, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the public sector, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing sales strategies. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the public sector
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and related solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Ability to leverage MEDDIC
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
