About the Role: ">

In this position, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the IAM Operations and Production support team on ServiceNow issues, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions on new functionalities, and collaborating with other teams for validation of new and existing functionalities. ">

Key Responsibilities: ">

• ">
• Develop Service catalogs, order guides, Record Producer, flow designer, and workflow editor">
• Develop and Support Service portal widgets and User Interface modifications">
• JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Angular, Jelly, jQuery development">
• Creation of Email Scripts, User Interface Client scripts, User Interface Policies, Script Includes, User Interface macros, User Interface Actions, etc.">
• Work on new enhancements to IAM Service Catalogs as requested through JIRA stories">
• Create new forms as per business requirements in an agile environment">
• Set up integration with tools like ACAT and IGA to collect and provide data from ServiceNow">
• Work on different types of integrations (REST API) for data extraction and provision">
• Orchestrate using PowerShell and other languages as needed">
• Test management within team and with stakeholders">
• Define Service level agreements and notifications"> ">
