ServiceNow Platform Administrator

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for configuring the ServiceNow platform based on predefined templates, improving SharePoint functionalities, and providing user support and troubleshooting issues related to ServiceNow and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and functionalities, as well as experience working with SharePoint. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, along with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

This role requires close collaboration with the Process Improvement Team and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
