CLEARANCE

LOCATION

• Andrews Air Force Base, MD (50% Hybrid)

OVERVIEW

• Seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting a federal program at Andrews AFB, Maryland
• This role offers a hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote) and requires an active Secret clearance
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Perform ServiceNow on-premises upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and upgrade procedures
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity within the ServiceNow platform

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret security clearance (required)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, including ITSM modules
• Experience performing ServiceNow (or relevant application) on-premises upgrades in a Linux environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, ITSM Implementation Specialist)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, scripting (JavaScript), and REST APIs
• Familiarity with federal or DoD environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
