Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong knowledge of legal processes such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management, combined with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD). The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and manage end-to-end ServiceNow LSD projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities include workflow automation, client communication, documentation, and performance tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel reporting, and ServiceNow ITSM modules is essential. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills are required. Experience in legal departments or law firms and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
