As a seasoned Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Field Service Management (FSM) solutions using ServiceNow.
You will lead the architecture and design of FSM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to optimize field service operations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the FSM module, ensuring optimal configuration and integration with other ServiceNow applications.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
- Ability to integrate and optimize field service workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and automation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on FSM.
- 8+ years of experience working with FSM and other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT integrations in FSM for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics for FSM measurement.
