Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ServiceNow platform management.

• This role will oversee the full lifecycle management of IT products within the ServiceNow application suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project/program management, Agile development, and technical expertise in ServiceNow.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning of IT product lifecycles from conception to implementation.
• Lead as Senior Program Manager, specifying requirements and managing technical development and launch of new IT products.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and align with their strategic objectives and priorities.
