Job Summary

A dedicated ITSM professional with expertise in creating workflows for Service Catalog Items and producing order guides. Proficient in developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. Key Responsibilities

  • Create complex workflows for the Change Module, including designing new change types beyond out-of-the-box options.
  • Design Inbound Email Actions for record creation and updates based on specific requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Event and Script Action configuration.
  • Configure SLA settings, notifications, push notifications, and create HTML templates for all notifications.
  • Utilize Import Set API and Transform Maps for efficient data processing.
  • Implement Visual Task Board Requirements to enhance task management.
  • Design portal interfaces for end-users to submit incidents and requests.
  • Create new metric definitions and work on report generation, gauges, homepages, and scheduling.
  • Install and configure Mid Servers and upload necessary files. Technical Skills
