Enterprise ServiceNow Implementer

About this Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise ServiceNow implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, IntegrationHub, HAMPro, and SAMPro, as well as leadership capabilities and third-party vendor management experience. Responsibilities:

• Implement ServiceNow from the ground up while driving platform adoption and trust through successful product releases.
• Work hand-in-hand with the platform owner, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce platform development governance framework for internal and external teams.
• Act as a technical lead for the platform, collaborating closely with stakeholders to create technical requirements documentation and deliver consistent support.
