ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Optimization Developer- Remote
Description:
Lume Consulting Group is seeking ServiceNow developer to support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of its ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Employee Center Pro (ECP). The project includes system configuration, workflow development, catalog enhancements, and platform integrations to improve employee self-service, automate HR and IT workflows, and ensure data integrity across our client’s CMDB.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB developer
- Minimum of two (2) completed ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB implementations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in designing and developing ServiceNow HRSD and CMDB/ITOM modules
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong workflow and process skills used in application development.
- Minimum of one (1) completed Employee Center Pro implementation.
- Mandatory Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-Disco),
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Desired: Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- Desired: Three (3) years of experience in State Government business processes related to ServiceNow application development.
