ITSM Solution Architect

ServiceNow Implementation Lead:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a stream lead, you will be instrumental in establishing ServiceNow functionalities from scratch, covering various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more.

In this role, you will lead the team and serve as the primary expert for the ServiceNow implementation project. Your expertise will enable you to influence the entire process to align perfectly with the organization and its clients. Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow end-to-end, covering various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements, ensuring the effective configuration and customization of ServiceNow to meet those requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and processes to align with project objectives and organizational needs.
• E nsure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Active Directory (AD).
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies in the ServiceNow implementation.
