Custom ServiceNow Solutions Specialist

Job Position Summary

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and custom scoped applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow platform and custom scoped applications.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Creating new applications and automating processes.
• Helping test, troubleshoot and ensuring a smooth upgrade of the instance.
• Participating in design workshops to design ServiceNow platform and custom scoped applications.
• Implementing strategies for improving business processes, procedures, and workflows using ServiceNow platform and App Engine capabilities.
• Performing software install, configuration, data migration, and development of workflow and internal and external interfaces.
• Contributing technical guidance in development and completion of user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, master test plan, and user acceptance testing and sign-off.

Requirements:

• Five years of experience with administration, development, maintenance, patching, upgrade, and support of ServiceNow platform and custom scoped applications.
• Conducted multiple implementations of configuring, administering, development, customization, release and enhancements to native and custom scoped applications on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of ServiceNow FedRAMP High instances, integrations and interfaces with third party applications and data sources.
• Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of complex process workflows using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and App Engine tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow HIWAVE Support.
• Certification (Must have): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent experience or certifications.
