Requirements:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Developer
- Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like SPM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM
- ITIL certification and understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with Knowledge Management in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with SCRUM, Angular Java, JavaScript, REST API, WSDL, JSON
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuring ITSM service catalogs
- Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow
