ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Expert As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing efficient IT Operations Management solutions. This includes integrating applications, orchestrating incident remediation processes, and automating cloud services.

You will be part of a Managed Services Platform Engineering team responsible for coordinating and supporting the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within federal organizations. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business requirements, architecting solutions, and leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow platform capabilities. A deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with federal government requirements and standards.
  • Develop solutions in ServiceNow for various modules, including ITSM, Portal, Catalog, HR Module, ITBM, SOC & GRC.
  • Create custom widgets and portal pages to meet client requirements.
  • Implement domain separation and configure portals and catalogues accordingly.
  • Establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Define configuration management standards and automate major processes.
  • Interface with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams.
  • Maintain documentation related to ServiceNow architecture, design decisions, configurations, and integrations. Required Skills:
  • Possess 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Excellent coding skills using Java, JavaScript's, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap framework.
  • Familiarity with data exchange formats like JSON, XML.
  • Strong knowledge of Server-side and client-side scripting in Servicenow.
  • Able to build and modify workflows based on client requirements.
  • Familiarity with Incident, Change, Requests, Catalogs & Tasks.
  • Knowledge of building Catalogs, variable sets, Client scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and ACL. Benefits:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of ServiceNow ITSM Developer Experience required.
  • Federal clearance (Secret or Top Secret or TS/SCI) is necessary.
  • Meet and maintain requirements to work in a FedRAMP environment OR Complete disconnected environment.
  • Enterprise Architect certification preferred (Togaf, IT4IT, etc).
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Workflow Platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Trusted advisor to executives and facilitate customer success from strategic planning functions. Employment Pre-requisites: The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: successful completion of a background investigation, and drug urinalysis.
