Designing Scalable and Efficient ServiceNow Solutions

As a talented ServiceNow Platform Developer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customization will enable you to make a significant impact on our projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuration and customization of core ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Integration with other systems and platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the ServiceNow platform.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaboration with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS, as well as other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, integration Hub, UI Builder, Playbook, and Configurable Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
