ServiceNow Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in building a world-class brand new global SNOW instance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the design, development, and administration of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Daily responsibilities include customer engagement, documentation, requirements analysis, and application design. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with internal customers, Scrum Masters, Solution and Product Leads, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy features, enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the ServiceNow Transformation Project.

Required qualifications and skills include 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow, 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis, and a strong understanding of both functional and non-functional software testing.
