ServiceNow Solutions Leader

This is a unique opportunity to work as a ServiceNow Architect, leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing cutting-edge systems that meet business objectives
• Providing technical guidance and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business goals
• Leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations
• Developing strategies for migrating data between Legacy Applications and ServiceNow HRSD Applications
• Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Staying current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends
• Evaluating existing ServiceNow implementations and offering recommendations for improvements
• Ensuring the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions Basic Qualifications
• 9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions
• Must have experience in implementing HRSD in ServiceNow Applications
• Must have experience in architecting solutions in ServiceNow Applications
• Must have experience in building data integrations and data migrations between Legacy and ServiceNow Applications
• Experience in implementing Process Mining in ServiceNow is preferred
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
