SERVICENOW MONITORING SPECIALIST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Observability/AIOPs Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for defining new monitoring definitions based on achieving best practice monitoring capabilities. This includes infrastructure and application stack monitoring.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for tuning monitoring definitions to eliminate operational noise. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our monitoring policies, event rules, and Operational Intelligence configurations are optimized for maximum effectiveness.

As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow ITOM AIOPs, you will bring valuable knowledge to our team. Your experience in configuring Health Log Analytics, Agent Client Collector Monitoring, and Service and CI binding rules for monitoring will enable us to detect alerts caused by change and retire SolarWinds for server monitoring.
