We're seeking an accomplished ServiceNow professional to assume responsibility for the development and sustained support of multiple products within the ServiceNow platform. As the functional and technical subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization.

Your main focus will be on delivering solution design, configuration/development, testing, and support of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including process/function owners and SMEs from IT, Security, and other departments, to implement and enhance capabilities.

You'll design, implement, and support runbooks for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes and procedures, ensuring that they operate smoothly. Additionally, you'll engage in day-to-day operational support, continuous capability improvement, and on-call support as needed.

To succeed in this position, you must possess comprehensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement. Desired qualifications include 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement, as well as 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics capabilities.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline is highly valued, although an equivalent combination of formal education and experience may be accepted. Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills are vital for success in this role. ],
