ServiceNow Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and implementation of CMDB and CSDM
• Management of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and data governance
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of CMDB and CSDM Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably with ServiceNow CMDB
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Asset Management
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies
• Certifications in ServiceNow (CAS, CAD ITSM or ITOM) a plus
