About the Opportunity: This is a unique chance for an experienced System Administrator to join our team and take on a challenging role in implementing and managing ServiceNow Platform One. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and providing exceptional IT service management support.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Platform One integrations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
