Job Description

The ServiceNow Solution Architect – Cloud Capabilities is responsible for working with our partners and teams to establish, integrate, and continuously evolve best practice processes in ServiceNow. You will also provide input to the ServiceNow cloud enablement roadmap, including onboarding integrations, processes, assets, and other relevant components to a unified ServiceNow platform.

This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform data model, especially as related to shared tables (CMDB, tasks, etc.). Additionally, you should have a strong technical foundation in the Now Platform, either as an administrator or developer.
