We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert with 8+ years of experience to lead the implementation of HRSD applications.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD are essential certifications for this role.

Additionally, we require experience as a Technical Lead, including:

• Full life cycle implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (Employee Service Management) applications
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• HR Case Management
• HR Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Center (Portal)
• Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
• Employee Document Management
• Performance Analytics for HR
• Integration experience with:
• HRSM/HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Directories such as Active Directory using methods like LDAP
• Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration
