ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our project teams. As a key member, you will design, develop, test, and deploy solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and methodologies. You should be able to document configurations, reports, and development work effectively.

You will assist our customers with executing testing scenarios and plans, educate them on ServiceNow products, and engage in timely and effective written and verbal communications.

Apart from this, you will collaborate with your teammates, demonstrate understanding of technical consultant methodologies and principles, and maintain certifications, knowledge of new features with each release.

You will participate in story grooming and pointing sessions, ensure your understanding of requirements and point stories, and provide solution guidance to the project team.

The successful candidate will lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with customers, support TC initiatives throughout the organization, and deliver excellence in their work.
