Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and implementing automated workflows in ServiceNow, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement automated workflows in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
- 7 years of overall technical business analyst experience.
- 2 years of experience with Service Management (ServiceNow preferred or similar IT Service Management tools).
- Strong technical problem-solving skills experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification.
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with ITIL/Service Management principles.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
