Job Title: Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and implementing automated workflows in ServiceNow, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement automated workflows in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of overall technical business analyst experience.
  • 2 years of experience with Service Management (ServiceNow preferred or similar IT Service Management tools).
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification.

Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with ITIL/Service Management principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
