Job Title: Platform Manager
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Platform Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall management, strategy, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage projects supporting the company's strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
- Establish and enforce governance processes for platform management, including change control, release management, and configuration standards
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for the platform
- Drive improvement activities and projects to enhance the adoption, scalability, and usability of ServiceNow
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure the platform supports evolving business needs
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and Audit, to understand the needs of users and ensure that the platform delivers value in meeting those needs
- Oversee data privacy and security aspects, ensuring sensitive information is protected and access is managed properly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT ServiceNow Service Delivery
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others
- Experience with ITIL framework and other ITSM best practices
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, standards, and methodologies
