Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow ITOM Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive Servicenow ITOM solutions for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Servicenow ITOM solutions for global enterprise clients.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Developing and optimizing Service Maps, Application Services, and Dependency Views to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Setting up and managing Event Management and Health Log Analytics to provide real-time visibility into system performance.
• Architecting CMDB structures to ensure accurate CI population and normalization.
• Building and maintaining automation workflows to drive proactive IT operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the USA)

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Servicenow ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture.
• Proven experience integrating with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem systems.
• Strong grasp of CSDM best practices and CMDB governance.
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript), MID Server configurations, probe/sensor tuning, and flow designer.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, or IRM/GRC is a bonus.
• Must have Servicenow certifications (CIS-ITOM or equivalent highly preferred).
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.
• Prior experience working with USA-based clients or in a remote consulting environment is highly desired.
• Knowledge of FinOps and Compliance is good to have.
