ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (TS/SCI Clearance)

Overview:

We are seeking skilled ServiceNow professionals to support key federal programs in the Washington, DC and Virginia areas. This is a great opportunity to work on mission-critical systems for national security clients. Multiple roles are available, including Developer, Administrator, and Architect positions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom modules.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security, stability, and scalability while maintaining compliance with federal standards.
• Support upgrades, patching, and configuration management in secure environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance (No exceptions)
• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development or administration
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and SDLC processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM)
• Experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) contracts
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and RMF compliance standards
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
