Complex ServiceNow Application Developer

Job Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow applications for multiple DHS tenants. Your expertise will be utilized to create customized workflows, modules, and integrations that meet the specific needs of each tenant. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain large-scale ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with teams to design and configure application UI, workflow, and API
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow technical best practices and industry trends
• Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong understanding of ITBM and ITSM principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
