Job Summary:

A seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer is required to join our team. With over 10 years of IT experience and specialization in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM (IT Operations Management), this individual will be responsible for architecting, developing, and enhancing advanced ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations, focusing on CMDB and ITOM.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate CI data population.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and system admins to design and implement CMDB data models.
• Integrate third-party monitoring tools into ServiceNow ITOM.
• Develop automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in CMDB design, data models, and reconciliation.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of CI relationships and MID server configurations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with popular monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: Certified in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB / ITOM.
