- A ServiceNow System Administrator collaborates with the ServiceNow team and customers to adhere to industry standards for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- The Admin works with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Responsibilities include UI, Workflow, and Application development activities, facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements, and new modules and customizations.
- The role involves day-to-day administration of the organization's new ServiceNow platform, identifying bottlenecks, and developing optimizations & customizations based on needs.
- The Admin also works with other IT team members to drive the best adoptions and use of the ServiceNow platform, performs daily maintenance and issue resolution, coordinates daily ServiceNow ticket requests, and supports implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
