ServiceNow Platform Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances to ensure optimal performance.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and implement service catalog items, scripts, and workflows.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Perform backup and recovery procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration
• 2+ years of experience with system administration
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell
• Experience with database administration
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 concepts and methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ITIL v3 Intermediate certification ,
