???? Rquirements: We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (CMDB) with the following qualifications:

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably with ServiceNow.
• At least 6 years of experience in business processes and business analysis within a software application context.
• 6 years of experience in designing and developing process workflows, documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• 6 years of experience in developing and maintaining system lifecycle documentation.
• Understanding both functional and non-functional software testing principles.
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Application Suite, including ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and ITBM areas.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex business requirements and adapt accordingly.
• Willingness and capability to learn and adapt to new solutions relevant to the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

????‍????????‍???? Your responsibilities are: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer (CMDB), you will:

• Engage with customers as a subject matter expert in meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Document workflows, processes, and business analysis outcomes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices to create optimal solutions.
• Help the project team translate application functionalities into architecture and establish business functionality requirements.
• Create wireframes/mockups for user stories, review them with clients, and collect feedback.
• Identify and document risks and constraints associated with requirements.
• Break down documented requirements into epics and create user stories along with acceptance criteria.
• Assist in or lead test plan development and execution, performing functional tests on each configured story.
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are fulfilled.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution.
• Assist in developing and delivering end-user training.
• Help in the development of automated tests within ServiceNow.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications such as ServiceNow Master Architect, ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or ServiceNow Administrator are preferred.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort in leading both technical and organizational initiatives.
• Experience with projects for large global or multinational corporations.
• Relevant software development certifications.
• Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with automation and DevOps practices.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and developers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.

Additional Information:

The pay range for this contractual position is $70-85 per hour, based on experience. Our compensation structure is influenced by role, level, and location, and individual pay within this range is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and applicable education or training. We welcome qualified applicants with past arrest or conviction records.
