• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the development team. Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Consultant.
• Proven expertise in implementing solutions across various ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
