ServiceNow Developer Position Summary

This role is for an experienced ServiceNow developer who can design, implement, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. They will also possess expertise in ServiceNow architecture and web services integration (SOAP, REST) and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and developing tailored solutions, providing full lifecycle support, contributing to best practices and standards for technical solutions, managing complex integrations and process automation with external systems using REST APIs, and performing advanced scripting for Business Rules, UI Policies, and Service Portal. Successful candidates will have a strong background in computer science and relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Required Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Scoped Applications Development and ServiceNow Scripting

• Strong JavaScript skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)

• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture and web services integration (SOAP, REST)

• Agile environment experience

• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer
