ServiceNow Platform Developer

Job Description

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and experience with the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and implement information technology solutions/initiatives.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize forms, fields, and UI elements using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Develop and enhance business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts to improve service efficiency. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification required.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer, and/or comparable role.
