ServiceNow Application Specialist

ServiceNow Developer Job Description As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions to support business processes. This role involves creating and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms. You will also integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using web services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Utilize data import techniques and processes related to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Procurement modules
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented coding using JavaScript, SQL, Angular, REST, XML, and other relevant technologies
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed applications
• Work closely with senior developers to implement best practices and adhere to coding standards
• Assist in the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of ServiceNow features and functionalities
• Collaborate with end-users to provide support, resolve issues, and enhance existing applications
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to development activities
