ServiceNow Solution Implementer

Job Overview

This role is responsible for implementing effective ServiceNow solutions mainly in VR, CMDB and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in Flow, IH, EC, Discovery, Worspaces as well as hands-on experience with VR / CMDB / ITOM modules.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop new modules, functionalities, customizations, integrations, and workflow automations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing ServiceNow architecture and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
• Work closely with fellow developers and architects to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and engage in problem analysis.
