ServiceNow Architect

We seek a tenacious ServiceNow Architect with comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include aligning ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and business objectives; collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements; leading technical discussions and guiding best practices; mentoring the ServiceNow team; recommending process optimizations; guiding configuration and optimization of ServiceNow applications and integrations; ensuring data accuracy for hardware/software assets; advising on problem resolution and integration issues; committing to continuous learning; leading vendor and consulting staff; maintaining client relationships; troubleshooting complex issues; refining requirements during story grooming; and conducting platform application assessments including CMDB/CSDM evaluations. Qualifications include around 10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow Platform/Product development and implementation including JavaScript and XML; experience in REST/SOAP APIs, Virtual Agent, Gen AI capabilities; experience with ServiceNow Platform Products such as ITSM, ITAM/HAM, SAMP, CSM, ITOM; experience with Scoped/Custom Applications, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer; experience in planning and executing ServiceNow Platform upgrades and cloning; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience; and ServiceNow Certifications (Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) on the latest supported version.
