As the Lead ServiceNow Architect, Enterprise Applications at Lucid Motors, you will take on a critical hands-on role, driving the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is essential in aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with our business processes and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across IT, customer service, HR, facilities, security, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading the technical architecture, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform, acting as a hands-on expert in customizing and optimizing the platform, collaborating with managed services vendors and cross-functional teams, spearheading integration across business units, developing governance frameworks, continuously enhancing platform capabilities, engaging with key stakeholders, providing technical mentorship, and leading training initiatives. Requirements include 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation with technical leadership experience, proficiency in customization, scripting, and platform management, strong analytical and communication skills, deep understanding of the automotive industry, and solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
