Must-Have

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other systems like Genesys Cloud Telephony, Nexthink, etc.
  • Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset Management, Software Asset Management (SAMP), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design, develop, and operate workplace infrastructure for Service Desk and Onsite support.

Good-to-Have

  1. Experience with both 3rd party and internally developed infrastructure applications.

  2. Strategic thinking and ability to design solutions for large complex global organizations.

  3. Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure.
