Must-Have
- Extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other systems like Genesys Cloud Telephony, Nexthink, etc.
- Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset Management, Software Asset Management (SAMP), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design, develop, and operate workplace infrastructure for Service Desk and Onsite support.
Good-to-Have

Experience with both 3rd party and internally developed infrastructure applications.
