Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on expertise and a proactive approach to ensure the system runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Configuration:

Proven expertise in daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, instance configuration, and maintenance (Mandatory).

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, and business rules as per business needs.

System Security & Access Control:

Strong understanding of ServiceNow security best practices including RBAC, encryption, and incident management.

Manage user roles, groups, and permissions ensuring correct access control.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues such as performance bottlenecks and integration errors.

Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and implement improvements.

Updates & Upgrades:

Plan and execute platform upgrades including testing, validation, and deployment (Mandatory).

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new features as needed.

Skills Required:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework

Experience with platform integrations and performance optimization
