Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead and design end-to-end enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic platform initiatives, providing architectural oversight, and ensuring robust solution delivery in line with business goals and IT best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to Translate Business Requirements to Service Now centric Design & Architecture
• Work on POCs & Latest SNOW Features (esp. Agentic AI) to design & demonstrate innovative solutions
• Ensure design is aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the platform strategy, including design, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
• Provide technical governance and review designs, code, and configurations for quality assurance.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for various ServiceNow Solutions
• Guide and mentor development teams on implementation best practices and solution optimization.
• Evaluate new features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and advise on applicability to the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support integrations and ensure architectural integrity.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations across solutions.
• Own performance tuning and troubleshooting for complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Support Tech Leads with Hands on Troubleshooting/Guidance on technical impediments with quick design decisions
• Support GTM Team with Quick High Level Solutioning, Feasibility Check & Effort Estimates, as required.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Senior Dev to manage and execute platform development activities, lead junior developers, and ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role bridges technical leadership and hands-on implementation, contributing directly to platform enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Trusted as Senior Developer to develop and demonstrate high velocity configuration & development over SNOW Platform.

· Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD).

· Own the delivery of respective modules/components on respective Projects with hands on development.

· Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, provide effort estimates and deliver working features.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issue resolution across active ServiceNow projects.

· Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards and performance optimization for work done by other developers in team.

· Develop integration solutions with third-party applications / APIs.

· Mentor and guide junior developers; establish best practices in development and release management.

· Contribute to the platform's continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

· Ensure technical documentation is complete and up to date.

· Support as backup of Solution Architect for design & other tasks.

· Candidate with Experience in AI Solutions is preferable.
