Upon completion of the training, candidates will be equipped to:

Contribute to internal ServiceNow-related projects

Support branding initiatives

Prepare documentation using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

This role does not involve sales targets or lead generation

It is focused purely on technical development, testing, and support responsibilities
